Today is Saturday. Tim and Anna go to the park with Bruno. It is raining a little. There is lots of mud in the park.
Bruno ziet de modder. Zijn ogen worden groot. Dan springt hij. Hij springt in de modder. Hij rolt in de modder. Hij is blij.
Bruno sees the mud. His eyes get big. Then he jumps. He jumps into the mud. He rolls in the mud. He is happy.
“Bruno, nee!”, roept Anna. Maar het is te laat. Bruno is niet meer bruin. Bruno is zwart. Zwart en nat en heel blij.
“Bruno, no!” calls Anna. But it is too late. Bruno isn’t brown any more. Bruno is black. Black and wet and very happy.
Tim lacht. “Nu is Bruno een moddermonster!”
Tim laughs. “Now Bruno is a mud monster!”

“Stop! Bruno! Not on the sofa!”
Te laat. Bruno ligt op de bank. De bank is wit. Of nee: de bank is nu niet meer wit.
Too late. Bruno is lying on the sofa. The sofa is white. Or no: the sofa isn’t white any more.
