No Money

Nina sits on the bed. She looks in her bag.

Nina yatağa oturuyor. Çantasına bakıyor.

There is not much money.

Çok para yok.

One euro. Two euros.

Bir avro. İki avro.

She looks in the envelope. Nothing.

Zarfa bakıyor. Hiçbir şey.

She looks at Max. Max looks at her.

Max’e bakıyor. Max ona bakıyor.

She needs a job.

Ona bir iş lazım.

She goes to the shop.

Dükkana gidiyor.

“I need work,” she says.

“Bana iş lazım,” diyor.

Omar looks at her for a long time.

Omar ona uzun zaman bakıyor.

“I have a job,” he says. “Make the bread.”

“Bir işim var,” diyor. “Ekmek yap.”

“Yes,” Nina says.

“Evet,” diyor Nina.

“It is night work.”

“Bu gece işi.”

“Yes.”

“Evet.”

“There is much work.”

“Çok iş var.”
