At nine o’clock, Sophie is ready. White blazer, red lipstick, the blue folder under her arm. She looks at herself in Nonna’s old mirror in the hall.

Sophie: Notariusz czeka o jedenastej. Marco też przyjdzie. Nie spóźnij się, kochanie.

Sophie: The notary is waiting at eleven. Marco is coming too. Don’t be late, darling.

„Pięć listów, Sophie. Zostało jeszcze pięć listów. Nonna napisała: nie sprzedawaj przed ostatnim”.
