Bu Gece İçin Rezervasyon

Akşam saat altı. Bugün ayın yedisi.

It is six o’clock in the evening. Today is the seventh.

Bayan Berg bilgisayarına bakıyor.

Mrs Berg looks at her computer.

“Bu gece bir adam geliyor,” diyor. “Marco Rossi. Rezervasyonu var.”

“A man comes tonight,” she says. “Marco Rossi. He has a booking.”

“İki gece, oda on iki.”

“Two nights, room twelve.”

“Tamam,” diyor Nina. “Kahvaltı istiyor mu?”

“OK,” Nina says. “Does he want breakfast?”

“Herkes kahvaltı istiyor,” diyor Bayan Berg. “Herkes sizin ekmeğinizi istiyor.”

“Everybody wants breakfast,” Mrs Berg says. “Everybody wants your bread.”

Nina gülümsüyor. Yorgun.

Nina smiles. She is tired.

Her sabah saat beşte mutfakta.

Every morning at five o’clock she is in the kitchen.

Şimdi uyumak istiyor.

Now she wants to sleep.

“Ah,” diyor Bayan Berg.

“Oh,” Mrs Berg says.

Nina duruyor. Bayan Berg hiç ah demiyor.

Nina stops. Mrs Berg never says oh.

“Ah?” diyor.

“Oh?” she says.

“Marco Rossi’nin ayın on dördü için de bir rezervasyonu var.”

“Marco Rossi also has a booking for the fourteenth.”

“Aynı adam mı?”

“The same man?”
