About the series

Short German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, English, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Vietnamese and Chinese stories about real life for teenagers and adults near the start: work, money, love, family, health, moving country and the city. Each story has four short chapters, a person who wants something and an ending worth reaching, with a translation beside every paragraph.

The collection is graded. The A1 stories use short sentences, everyday words that come back again and again, and the present tense. The A2 stories are a step up: they are told in the past, with longer sentences, plans, comparisons and advice, and the situations of everyday life, from renting a room to a visit to the doctor.

The first story of each level is free; the others are for subscribers.
