Oda On İki

Sabah saat dokuz. Üç çantalı adam dışarı çıkıyor.

It is nine o’clock in the morning. The man with three bags goes out.

Bayan Berg Nina’ya bir anahtar veriyor.

Mrs Berg gives Nina a key.

“Oda on ikideki banyoyu temizleyin,” diyor.

“Clean the bathroom in room twelve,” she says.

Nina seksen basamaktan yukarı gidiyor. Kapıyı sessizce kapatıyor.

Nina goes up the eighty stairs. She closes the door quietly.

Oda çok sessiz.

The room is very quiet.

Fotoğrafı çantasından alıyor.

She takes the photo out of her bag.

Fotoğrafta Babaanne yaşlı ve gülümsüyor.

Grandma is old in it, and she is smiling.

Kafasının arkasında bir pencere var.

Behind her head there is a window.

Nina pencereye gidiyor.

Nina goes to the window.

Üstünde küçük eski bir numara var. Bir 1 ve bir 2.

There is a small old number on it. A 1 and a 2.

Aynı pencere. Burada aynı ışık var.

It is the same window. Here is the same light.

Ayakkabıları aynı yerde.

She puts her shoes on the same floor.

Şimdi Babaannenin durduğu yerde duruyor.

Now she is standing where Grandma stands.

Burada mavi kapı yok. Bunu görebiliyor. Onu arıyor.

There is no blue door here. She can see that. She looks for it.
